Nothing is set at the moment, but I had a long talk with LB Keith Simms last night and he told me he's trying to visit Maryland this week. He gave me the impression Saturday, March 28, is the most likely date, but he's not sure exactly when at the moment. He could go down there after school one day, so I'll be checking in with him throughout the week.
As I've been saying, I still think Maryland is very much in the picture here. Yes, he's gotten some great offers recently, but I feel confident in saying that the Terps will be in his top five. They never were a lock for Simms or anything like that, but they've been a serious contender throughout and nothing has really changed. The visit to Stanford will be important and I think he needs to visit Tennessee too. From talking with my PSU contacts, they're getting closer to offering, too, but I don't think Simms is very interested in PSU at this point.
