I held off on posting an update on Wheeler today because I expected him to get a Penn State offer while on campus today and that has happened now. As expected, he had good things to say about the trip to College Park, but he's also made it clear to me in the past that PSU is the offer he really wanted. I dont see him making any moves soon, and Maryland should be in his top 5 throughout this recruitment, but I do believe PSU is now the favorite. Just pasing it on. I figured someone would ask about him sooner than later.
