I caught up with former Gilman prospect and now IMG Academy defensive tackle Cam Spence. Overall, I got the impression that he's interested in Maryland more than I originally thought.
He said that as of now, they're in his top five. Now, he only has a few offers, but we also discussed a few other things that I said I'd leave off the record and he genuinely gave me the impression that he's very interested in coming back up this way to play in college. Long story short, I kind of got the impression that he's a little homesick after making this move to IMG recently, so that could end up working in Maryland's favor down the road.
