Yahoo Sports' Jeff Eisenberg did a post-draft deadline preseason Top 20 and the Terps made the cut. These preseason rankings are much more interesting once you know who's coming back and who's not. But just goes to show how big these latest two decisions are. Go from a likely bubble team to a possible Top 20 team.
