Turgeon this afternoon says that Ceko is officially 'day-to-day.' That said, he will not play tomorrow against Wisconsin and from what I'm hearing, it sounds like he is definitely out at Penn St. as well. But it does sound like he will return at some point before the end of the season.
As for the actual injury, it's a bruised heel on his surgically repaired foot. Came down on it while attempting a dunk during practice on Tuesday. But again, it sounds like there's a chance he will be back before the end of the season.
