The No. 58 player in the Class of 2017, four-star SF Andre Rafus has a new highlight tape out.
Rafus has been a regular in College Park this season and could be close to picking up a Terps offer. Rafus recently left the St. Frances program but is likely going to land at a big-time national program. I've been told that schools being considered are Oak Hill, Brewster Academy, Findlay Prep, Montverde and St. Benedicts (N.J.).
