New 2016 hoops rankings will be coming out shortly and as has been eluded to here on more than a few occasions, Terps commit Anthony Cowan should be making a big jump. Will have more shortly.
UPDATE: Maryland commit Anthony Cowan made a huge jump, 69 spots in all, to No. 53. Only one other player made a bigger jump than Cowan. The Terps' top remaining target, Markelle Fultz, made his Rivals150 debut, coming in at No. 25. Curtis Jones comes in at No. 55.
