Moore, Jackson invited to NFL combine

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – University of Maryland wide receiver DJ Moore and defensive back JC Jackson will participate in the 2018 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.

The combine is set for Feb. 27-March 5 at Lucas Oil Stadium. The NFL Network and NFL.com will have coverage of the Scouting Combine.

On-field workouts for Moore will be on Saturday, March 3, while on-field workouts for Jackson will take place on Monday, March 5.

Moore, who was named First Team All-Big Ten and the Richter-Howard Big Ten Receiver of the Year, led the league with a single-season Maryland record 80 receptions and 1,033 receiving yards in 2017. The Philadelphia native was one of just three receivers in the country to post 80 receptions, 1,000 receiving yards and eight touchdowns this past season.

Jackson, a 2017 Honorable Mention All-Big Ten selection, tied for the team lead and ranked tied for seventh in the Big Ten with three interceptions during his junior season. He also ranked second on the team and Top 20 in the league with 10 passes defended, including seven pass breakups.

The 2018 NFL Draft is set for April 26-28 in Arlington, Texas.
