The Spartans are a team that did wildly fell below expectations a year ago, mostly due to injuries. But with a healthy Lewerke at QB and the return of some talented WR the offense should be much improved this year. On the other side of the ball, Sparty returns the nucleus of a defense that was among the best in the country, especially against the run. Going to be an extremely difficult game to close out with on the road.
