DeMatha Rivals250 DE Coziah Izzard was unable to make it to College Park last weekend, but he had good things to say about Maryland as Mike Locksley, along with Elijah Brooks, have made him a top priority for the Terps moving forward. Competition is stiff, as Penn St. has been on him hard and he'll be visiting Alabama this weekend. But having Elijah Brooks on staff and possibly getting commitments from a number of current teammates should keep the Terps right at the top of his list throughout.
