How many names are out there that are available now and can be leaked to the recruits ASAP?

Is it possible that Plank can get in Chip Kelly's ear and say, "Chip, this NFL thing isn't working out. Would a $15 million dollar signing bonus tomorrow secure a silent commitment to become the next head coach of the Maryland Terrapins?"

We can dream.
