Bear with me on this line of wishful thinking.
Lol responds to a student senate call to change the name of Bryd as Ol' Curley believed in separate, but equal in his time. After he appoints a committee of 15 or so to consider the proposition, followed by due diligence, he announces that he will yield to popular sentiment and change the name. Of course this results in a bidding process for naming rights which produces some millions, more than sufficient to buy out the cancer in the athletic department and make a decent hire in AD and FB coach.
Extremely hypothetical I know. But then again I believe in Santa Clause and the Easter Bunny too.
I'm just saying.
