Would make sense to make Locksley the interim coach, but I'd go outside the current staff after the season. There needs to be a fresh start. I actually like the idea of Bryan Norwood, former DC at Baylor now at Memphis as DC/Asst head coach. He knows the area well, is a good recruiter, and coach. He'd be on my shortlist for sure.
