Team is excited to be playing at Byrd Stadium after being on the road for a number of weeks. Also excited to have former players back this week for homecoming.

On stopping the run against Wiscy, says they have done some things of late where they have forced teams to pass the ball by stacking the box. But they return their QB this week and they have a strong running game. But says since Michigan they have really focused on stopping the run.

Says less tape on Clement doesn't change anything since the schemes are what are more important. Says the schemes are slightly different from last season and he's had a chance to see Chryst's offense in person. Says they had some good players that went on to the NFL and have more good players now.

On Wiscy hybrid LB, says he can stand up or play with a hand in the dirt. And that ability allows them to have 5 one on one battles and they usually win.

Says B Ross is one of their top priorities to get involved. Says some teams have force Perry to beat them and that should allow the running backs to play a bigger role and have a chance to beat teams.

Says there is nothing they can do about the past and all they are worried about is winning the next opportinty. They need to focus on the next day's practice, the next days meeting and go out and have fun and execute. Says he likes the energy the team showed at practice today.

On playing young players, whether it's 5 snaps or 10 snaps, it takes away that "locker room lawyer" mentality where guys now all have a hand in the outcome in the game. It locks guys in now during practice and film sessions because they know they need to be ready on Saturday. Says playing 10 snaps for Will Likely isn't going to make or break

On the turnovers, says it takes patience and it's like being a parent. Says you continue to teach them and if they continue to make the mistakes, you eventually have to make a change. Says they work on ball security every week and talk about not making dumb passes.

On Derwin Gray, says he's always had the physical aspects down but needed to work on the mental. And he played about 25 snaps past Saturday without any mental errors. So he's coming along and this is a great opportunity for him and he needs to take advantage and go out and play hard and smart.

Says they have done a good job along the o-line with guys buying in and having to move around all over the line with some injuries. And now guys are being asked to get to the second level in run blocking and improve in pass blocking.

On homecoming, says it's important to show the alums that they take pride in the name on the front of the jersey. And they might not win, but they need to go out and play hard and leave it all on the field to show those alum how important the program is.
