COLLEGE PARK, MD – Maryland head football coach Michael Locksley announced the additions of seven transfers to the Terrapin program on Sunday.

Locksley welcomes WR Jalil Farooq (Oklahoma), TE Dorian Fleming (Georgia State), OL Jayvin James (Akron), DB Dontay Joyner (Arkansas State), QB Justyn Martin (UCLA), DL Eyan Thomas (Saint Francis) and WR Kaleb Webb (Tennessee) for the 2025 season.

Started all 13 games in 2023, totaling 694 yards on 45 receptions (15.4 yards per catch) and two touchdowns

Was named the Paul Hornung Award Player of the Week on 10/7/23 for his 130-yard receiving game against Texas
Became first Sooner with at least 100 receiving yards and 100 kickoff return yards in the same game when he registered 126 yards and a touchdown on six catches and 105 yards on three kickoff returns (season-long 62-yarder) at Tulsa (9/16/23)
Consensus four-star and top-200 national recruit by 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals coming out of HS; Rated as the nation’s No. 109 overall player by ESPN
Ranked as the No. 6 player in Maryland by 247Sports coming out of high school
2021 HS All-American bowl invitee; 2x All-Met Selection
Helped lead Wise to a 15-0 record and the Maryland 4A state title his junior season (caught five passes for 61 yards, rushed five times for 39 yards and a touchdown and had an interception in the championship game)
