Why does Maryland have a man up situation and OSU has the ball in our defensive end and instead of attacking the guy with the ball, we stand there staring at him while the remaining 30 seconds of the penalty time runs out and then State proceeds to score the tying goal on that same possession after we decided to have tea and biscuits instead of being at least half-heartedly aggressive?
