This just may be one of those teams that comes together a little more each game, gets their legs under them a little more each week, and gets it together in time to make some noise down the stretch.
They certainly still need work, but I am encouraged by Wiley and Nickens making contributions, a little more each week. Has anyone else noticed that Nickens actually is playing D with energy and movement, or that he is moving better without the ball?
Just getting the feeling of what a lot of Gary's teams would do - start really rough but just keep better so that they were dangerous at Conference tourney and NCAAs.
