I think we all took a sigh of relief last night when Melo finally made his announcement that he will be returning to Maryland for his junior season. I might have already been a little more optimistic than most about the Terps chances next season even without Trimble, but now I'm ecstatic for 2016-2017 and think this is a team that can make some noise.
The Terps will certainly be constructed differently than they were last year but having a lot of skilled guards is usually a recipe for success in college basketball and that is something Maryland will have plenty of.
