My friends, randy is going nowhere this year and all of next at the minimum. You and I are suckers for being emotionally invested in the outcomes of these games as Randys job now is solely to run a clean ship until the new facility is built. Winning is neither expected nor terribly important to the administration at this point. Only when the new facility is real and near completion will a new coach be hired. And, it makes sense too. The first few years are vital for a new coach...first impressions and momentum and all.. So when we do make the switch our new investment needs all the tools at his disposal. The facility must be real, visible, largely constructed if not finished. Big picture it makes sense to hold the course with dumbo until things ripen.
