I am having a problem with my Rivals account. You sent me an email this weekend . I tried to contact member services. They requested my cell number or email address. I provided them with both. They responded that they did not recognize my email address or cell number.
I apologize for using a thread for this purpose, but I can not reach rivals and have no other avenue for contacting you. My email address is johnw8491@gmail.com. Please have someone at rivals contact meet address my problem.
