We were barely competitive. WVU prepared, Maryland did not. Any other program in the country would be making plans for the future because a change is needed. Even if Edsall were to win three or four more games, it is plainly evident he is not the one to lead the football program into the extended future. I've always been indifferent regarding whether he stayed or went, but after today, which was embarrassing, the administration needs to talk a real look at the direction of football at Maryland. It may get worse before it gets better (losing recruits), but something has to change. ......and who cares about the money at this point.
