One of the finest years in Maryland baseball history (e.g. most wins), well done! The defense this year was nothing short of spectacular. Here's to keeping it up next year and a run or more/game.
The last two games were nail bitters/gut wrenching, but as many wise folks have said, baseball sometimes mimics life. Just a couple more outs and we're CWS-bound, go get 'em next year!
IMO, there is no fault for keeping the Unicorn on the mound in the eighth in game one, nor trying to close both days with Mooney, they are awesome (and got us there). Tip of the hat to the Cavs for their persistence (but I hope they lose, haha)!
