Not sure how many watch any Summer League games but Greivis Vasquez is an assistant coach for the Pelicans working under Fred Vinson who is a solid assistant on their staff. I’m helping a friend of mine out in Vegas with some injured and non roster players, bumped into him and gave him a go Terps. Stopped and chatted. Says he is ecstatic to get moving towards coaching career. Unsolicited said he loves Maryland and would love to be back there one day. Summer league a great place to stick his toe in the water. Hope he does well, would love to see how his passion plays out on the bench.
