A group of us will becoming in for the Iowa game. How hard is it to buy game day tickets? Are there people around the stadium scalping football tickets? Where is the best place to sit in Byrd Stadium? Thank you!
There are always ticket sellers around the stadium lots on game days. I'm not sure how much demand there will be for the Iowa game, but it is homecoming so maybe that pushes it up a little. You can try the Maryland ticket office, 301-314-7070. They may have some decent seats available. The best place to sit in Byrd Stadium is near the top of the lower bowl at the 50 yard line, or maybe in one of the suites. Realistically, you,ll probably get seats in the upper deck or endzone. It looks like there are also plenty of good seats at reasonable prices on Stub Hub.
