COLLEGE PARK, Md. – Select game times and television designations for the 2019 Maryland football season have been announced by CBS, ESPN and FOX on Thursday afternoon.
The Terps will open the season with three consecutive noon kicks, including the first two inside Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium. Maryland will host Howard (Aug. 31) and Syracuse (Sept. 7) before traveling to Temple on September 14.
On September 27, the Terps will host Penn State in the Big Ten Opener for both teams. The game will be played on Friday night with an 8 p.m. kick on FS1. More information on gameday transportation and parking for this game will be released in the coming months.
Maryland’s road game at Purdue on October 12 will be a noon kick with TV designation to be released at a later date. The game time for the October 26 match-up at Minnesota has yet to be finalized, but the contest will air on either ABC, ESPN or ESPN2.
The Terps will host Michigan for their homecoming game on November 2. The Big Ten East battle is set for a noon kick with television details to be released at a later date.
