Perry been working with the ones throughout camp. They understand what's happening and they kind of expected it. It doesn't matter who's out there, everyone has a responsibility to play their best when they're out there.

Thinks they have guys to make plays at WR and TE and also thinks the RB and FB can make plays. If the QBs execute the way they can, they can get the ball to guys who can make plays happen.

On Seth Fisher. He's a bigger guy, a downhill guy. Both of their WR are really good. They are breaking in a new QB but in terms of Fisher he's very good.

Says d-line is playing well. Jesse, Opara and Kulka and other backups will be ready and able to spell guys if they need to. Philosophy has been that if you have enough d-linemen to rotate that you do, especially early when it's hot out.

Playmakers have performed well and done it in practice and now need to go out and do it in a game. All six of the WR need to be ready to go.

On opposing coach, they coached together at BC under Coughlin. Says they see each other at functions and he's a good coach, great family and he has a lot of respect for him and the job he's done at Richmond. Says Al Groh had a big influence on Rocco.

Offensively, says you build around the talent you have. Says last year they had an offense for CJ and another for everyone else. Says this year they have one offense that all three QBs can run well. Thinks they have a chance to be more versatile this year given what they have.

On Logan, says you never want to see someone go down, really feels for him. Says Ashiru has picked up the defense well and he's a guy with experience.

You always want to get off to a good start and build momentum. But they are focused solely on Richmond right now and not concentrating on trying to win three straight to start the year.

People doubted Hills and he went out and worked hard and competed and won the starting job. It wasn't a popularity contest or politics, he did what he needed to do to win it. He has more knowledge and is more experienced since the last time he started a game.

On the o-line, says Minter is a competitor who worked really hard and he's a guy they liked in the spring. Likes that the o-line unit is doing a good job communicating especially as a starting unit. Damian Prince is back practicing and is currently running with the twos. Sounds like he should be back soon.
