Dixon to UCLA, Turgeon to TCU?

Looks like Turgeon to TCU picked up a little buzz before Dixon to UCLA is even official. Could this really happen? TCU is paying Dixon more than Turgeon makes at Maryland. Turgeon gets a pay raise, moves back to an area more his speed and basically faces zero pressure as long as he makes the Dance every couple of years and goes to the NIT in the years he doesn't make the NCAA tourney.
