Pat caught up with DeMatha four-star SG Justin Moore, who scored a career-high 34 points for the Stags in their WCAC semifinal win and helped lead the team to WCAC and Alhambra Tournament titles. Maryland has prioritized Moore for a long time, perhaps longer than anyone, but similar to Slater last year, they are likely in a three-way battle with Villanova and Virginia as his recruitment hits the home stretch. I think an early/mid spring commitment is likely with Moore, although he says at this point he's still wide open. Next up for Moore is the spring circuit with Team Takeover.
