He was the head coach at Big East rival Seton Hall for 12 seasons, where he led the Pirates to five NCAA tournaments, and has Maryland poised for a top-four seed on Selection Sunday after winning 25 games this season. Willard's buyout is not considered prohibitive.

Sunshine and Roses reporting that there's real legs to the possibility of Willard leaving for Nova. NIL being top among them.

Willard's $2 million buyout drops to $1.5 on April Fool's Day.
