Carolina four-star PG Carter Whitt 'excited' by Maryland offer

Pat caught up with four-star PG Carter Whitt out of Raleigh to discuss his recent offer from Maryland. The Terps, like others, are interested in Whitt for both 2020 and 2021. Whitt has a tremendous feel for the game and it sounds like he is interested in making it back to College Park this fall.
