Just got confirmation from a couple of sources that Broadus to Morgan St. is officially a done deal. Might not be officially announced by the school for a day or two, but it's a done deal.
Things continue to get interesting from here. Broadus was Maryland's ace recruiter over the past couple of years, landing the Mitchell twins and more. One name I already mentioned was Duane Simpkins, but it now appears that he might actually be the one in the drivers seat for the Howard job. If Simpkins does not land the Howard job, I think he is your prime candidate here, but who knows how much longer Howard is going to wait before naming a coach.
One other name I'm gonna keep an eye on is Kenny Johnson. He was Louisville's ace recruiter for several years under Pitino, was lead recruiter for Donovan Mitchell and helped bring a ton of guys from the DMV to both Indiana and Louisville. He's currently an assistant for Ashley Howard at LaSalle.
