As expected, the Terps have landed a commitment from top local RB Roman Hemby of John Carroll. This one looked like it might have gotten done earlier in the spring but Hemby decided to wait things out. With him already leaning towards Maryland and with his senior season cancelled just a few days ago following another extension of the dead period, he decided it was time to pull the trigger. Yes, only a two-star right now, but as I tell you guys over and over, focus on the offer sheet. It is impressive. Also like the fact that he has an older brother who plays at an all-conference level in the FBS. Story on his commitment linked below and will have more later.
