Starting left guard Mike Minter will be available this week but then next week he'll have surgery on a torn labrum. It's something that has just been bothering him for a while and he didn't lead on just how much it was bothering him. And they really noticed it last week. He'll miss the rest of the season and is expected to be ready to roll in April.
