I think this is an interesting read and one some of you should go over closely. Maryland's top ranked recruit is Terrance Davis, who was ranked No. 64 in the Rivals100. Interestingly, only six other programs in the league have a returning player who was ranked higher than No. 64 in the Rivals100 in their respective class. And this, of course, doesn't take into account a transfer like Shaq Smith who was the No. 6-ranked player nationally in his class.
