The Ninth Circuit affirmed in part and reversed in part.

The Ninth Circuit held that the NCAA is subject to the Sherman Act antitrust laws (no duh). However, the $5000/ year payment in deferred compensation was erroneous.

QUESTION: Will the NCAA order the colleges to stop paying the $5000/year?
