The Terps apparently offered Albany City Rocks PG Kevin Huerter last night. Had a chance to watch City Rocks a couple of times and Huerter looked to be a very under-the-radar prospect.
Also on that City Rocks team, which went 3-1 this past weekend, is Montverde PG Howard Washington, who we spoke with and said he's hearing from Maryland maybe more than any other program right now. In Washington's case, I know his Rivals profile page says he has a Terps offer but after speaking with him, they have yet to extend a committable offer. So we'll be sure to follow up further.
