starts this Saturday against Navy at noon eastern.
From what I’ve gathered through the two scrimmages is
-we dominated at the faceoff, should be a team strength this year. Apparently the freshman Shockey looks REAL good
-average everywhere else thus far
-Morris still hot and cold
-played a bunch of players so final scores shouldn’t worry anybody
About Navy.
Usually a good team, but lost to Jacksonville 12-7 last weekend.
They lost the faceoff battle 3-23. Yikes.
They have a very talented midfielder group that does most of its scoring led by Greyson Torrian from Dematha
Very quick feeder and scorer
Casey Rees, big kid 6’2, who is just a shooter but a good one, he sat out 2017 with an injury and is back this year
The other midfielder is Ryan Wade who tied Torrian with the team lead in points last season.
They start a freshman on Defense, hopefully we can get an early lead on Saturday
I can try and bump this thread throughout the season and update games and preview opponents and give summaries if yalld like. Anyway it’s gonna be a fun season and go terps
