Mt. St. Joe 2018 five-star PF Jalen 'Sticks' Smith will visit Maryland this week, likely tomorrow, his MD3D coach David Thurston told TSR. (They are planning on either tomorrow or Friday he said.)
He recently picked up a Providence offer and was one of the top performers at the Elite 100 camp in St. Louis. Sticks is a HUGE Maryland fan and the Terps are going to have an excellent shot at landing a commitment here. His coach thinks an offer is going to come tomorrow on the visit and he called Maryland "leaders in the clubhouse" at this early stage.
