Preview story for tonight's game versus a very good, upset minded Hawaii team is posted. Jake Layman and Melo Trimble mention how they got to watch some of Hawaii's game and that they simply played harder than Cal. The Terps know that they are going to have to play harder than the Rainbow Warriors if they want to advance to the Sweet Sixteen, regardless of who has more talent.

Speaking of talent, Hawaii, has a very good stretch four in Stefan Jankovic and a pair of starting guards in Roderick Bobbitt and Aaron Valdes that both averaged double-figure scoring. They also have some additional size in junior center Stefan Jovanovic coming off of the bench.
