This shows in the rebounding and the turnovers.

I was at the Purdue game, and we didn't do a bad job boxing out. We did a terrible job of securing the ball. Purdue snatched away a number of boards like a bully taking our lunch money. We stood around looking at the ball that got knocked loose while Purdue went after it with a vengeance. On the turnovers, they are mostly unforced errors coming from the guards, or bigs who too often can't handle a pass. Pick, roll, fumble.

The team has shown great mental toughness pulling out most close games, but I am not seeing a physical toughness that will be needed as we roll into the Conference and NCAA tourneys. Don't know if this can be coached up or not, but this team needs to get meaner.
